Shipping Policy
​Again! Thank you for visiting and shopping at Ladies Girdle. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
​All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
​Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
​Orders before 2pm are dispatched on the same day therefore if you do not order it before 2pm your order will arrive it the the other working day e.g order at 4pm on Friday will arrive on Tuesday but if you order it at 11am it will arrive on Monday.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return your item or Exchange, you can return it after 7 day you receive your item.
​​Due to the nature of the Waist Trainers and Girdles, we do not accept any returns on your Waist Trainers or Girdles. Unworn and unwashed products may be replaced (it must be at the same condition that you received it). We reserve the right to return items that have clearly been used.

​Customers are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item back.
​Ladies Girdle is not responsible for items lost in transit. Please keep your proof of postage/tracking when shipping items back for exchange.
