SHIPPING & RETURNS
Welcome to Ladies Girdle! We appreciate your visit and want to provide you with our Shipping Policy. Please take note of the following terms and conditions.

We process orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If we receive a high volume of orders, there may be a delay in shipment, but we will notify you via email or phone if this occurs. Please allow for additional days in transit for delivery.

During checkout, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for your order. Please note that orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day. For example, an order placed at 4pm on Friday will arrive on Tuesday, whereas an order placed at 11am will arrive on Monday.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours. Please note that we currently only ship within the UK. If you would like to ship internationally, please contact us at info@ladiesgirdle.co.uk.

Our Return & Exchange Policy allows you to return or exchange your item within 7 days of receiving it. However, please note that we do not accept returns for our Waist Trainers and Girdles.
If you wish to exchange an unworn and unwashed product, it must be in the same condition as when you received it. Please carefully refer to our size guide and select your size before purchasing.
If there is a size issue, you can exchange it by contacting us at info@ladiesgirdle.co.uk. Please keep in mind that the shipping cost for returning the item is your responsibility. In addition, please keep your proof of postage/tracking when shipping items back for exchange as Ladies Girdle is not responsible for items lost in transit.
